This site was created for those that are researching they're families that came from the once thriving town in Alabama (Mobile Co.)
Bayou La Batre's older families are mostly of French and Spanish backgrounds. Being because Bayou La Batre was once owned by the French, having a fort there it was called Bayou De La Battery
(Bayou of the Battery) or Bayou La Batre.

On this site I'm showing my clothing collection of original and reproductions dating from Bible times to the present.
Love the dresses from the 19'th century?
Wonder how 18'th century stays felt?
How about making one of those dresses from the movie "Titanic"?
